Is Delayed Menstrual Period A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi I got a query about pregency.. I got my periods last month on 18 th june ,and my periods always comes 7 days early,that s means it was supposed to be on 11 th of July but I still donot have it. And if I m prgent I m not ready to have this child what should I do
