Is Delayed Period A Firm Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi doctor iam 22years old, and my periods date r on every month of 22nd but this month iam periods r 1week delay when I have tested with pregnancy strips the report is negative so is it possible that iam pregnant, can u suggest me that I have to check ones again in early morning with empty stomach please replyme.

Delayed periods are not diagnostic sign off pregnancy sometimes period can be delayed by one week duration. If you have strong suspicion of getting pregnant get pregnancy test done once again.
