Is Delayed Period Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I am 22 and recently had been physical with my fiancee.It was without any protection,and after that I have 7 th was my period date,but its been 6 days I have not got it.I m just worried as for me my periods were always on time.So,is there any chance of me being pregnant?

Hi and welcome to Healthcare forum. I'm afraid your fear maybe true. Pregnancy is the "commonest" cause of a missed period. Better confirm it by a urinary pregnancy test or an ultrasound examination. An early detection gives you the option to either carry the pregnancy or abort it, as you wish.
