Is Delayed Period,abdominal Pain And Cramping Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi, im having 9 days late period. My abdo bloated, cramping on and off at each and both side at times, craving for food at times, breast sore. took 2 times urine hcg test at home. the 1st one negative after 5 minutes appear a fine line after 8 minutes, the 2nd test shows a fine line after 6 minutes is it positive or negative?? my period havent come.. at times if i think of nausea, i will nauseated..
