Is Development Of Coronary Clogs Possible Post A Lung Cancer Surgery?

my father just had lung cancer surgery although the surgery went well the next day he was in a lot of pain and started to bleed out of the chest tube he lost a litter of blood .He went back to the OR to find the source and could not find it by then it had stopped bleeding, a day after while he was sleeping he suffered a stroke from a clog he had near the heart. Now he never had clogs before and was cleared for surgery l just like to know how this was possible to have had happened to him

Based on the history you have shared, yes it is possible to have it followed by surgery since movement is impaired, and clots can.be made any where in the body. Clots in Herat can be made due to problems with blood flow or abnormalities of heart rhythm. Echocardiogram to rule it out may be needed after a week as well.
