Is Dexorange Syrup For Vomiting During Pregnancy Safe To Take?

I am 20 week pregnant and my doctor advices me to take Orifer XT iron tablet .I am taking it from last 4 days But it develops increased vomating(arround 5-6 times a day) and headache.My doctor adviced me to take Dexorange syrup.Is it safe to take it? will it have same side effect as Orifer XT?

I can understand your concern.
Not able to tolerate iron tablets is a common concern during pregnancy.
If you can take this tablet half hour before meals you might tolerate it. As it increases absorption of the iron in acidic stomach juice that is present before meals. Try taking Orofer tablet like this or you can take the liquid also before meals.
Please let us know if you can tolerate it, say after 7 days.
