Dear sir i can understand your concern.
usually well controlled diabetes should not be a problem for your job.
But jobs involved in highly skillful works diabetics are not allowed since sometimes they are prone for hypoglycemia which can hamper their work and may lead to accidents like drivers and operators of heavy machinery.
In some companies there might be an internal policy to take or not to take Diabetes people and it varies from company to company

Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question fell free to write me back.I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
