the meaning of disability is unable to do things expected from the person for his age and sex . so diabetic as such is not disability but if no complication and if controlled well

Depending on the severity and sugar control in terms of numbers it can be classed as a disability. Insulin-dependent diabetes legally qualifies as a disability in some coountries.
