In diabetes, the Pancreas is unable to produce the required amount of insulin. IN that case insulin is to be given from outside source. Another case is where the cells do not respond to insuli, in that case other oral tablets are given. It depends on what type of diabetes you are having to see what effects are there on yur pancreas.
