Is Diagnosis Of Elevated Kidney And Liver Functions A Cause For Concern?

Hi, My husband, 56 years old, has been home for 5 days with what seems to be flu like symptoms, sweats, chills, low grade fever, headache, with an achy scalp as well, most concerning is dark urine. He has only vomited once, but is off and on nauseous, but has been able to eat a little at each meal, drinks a lot of fluids, takes tylenol for headache (because ibuprofin bothers his stomach) He went to urgent care on Friday for bloodwork and all they said was he had elevated kidney and liver functions. Plan to call the doctor tomorrow, thinking this is not an emergency. Any thoughts?
