Is Diarrhea Common During HCG Diet?

I started the hcg diet and been on the vlcd for 6 days. For the last 3 days I've had terrible diarrhea. I literally have to run to the bathroom or I won't make it. I have no stomach cramps with this diarrhea either so there were a few times I didn't know it was coming. Is this normal while on the hcg diet?
