Is Diarrhea Normal After Remicade Infusion?

i have been having remicade infusions for over 2yrs now for treating my crohns disease.and it seems i have had diarrhea the day after or even for 2 days after my infusion.is this a normal side effect from remicade?i also take 6mp daily.i did have a small bowel resection almost a year ago and it seems that this side effect has been more noticeable since surgery.
