Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fatty liver disease is a part of metabolic syndrome in which insulin resistance will accure. In these cases difficult to loss weight. If you're a female then you have to check PCOD or hypothyroidism or hormonal disturbance. If you're a male you have to avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid spicy food and fatty food. Get checked for ultrasound to confirm the fatty liver disease. If symptoms not improved please consult your Endocrinologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
