I am an extremely active woman (22) with a very high libido and have been having sex since the age of 13. I was always able to have multiple orgasms but the past year I have been unable to orgasm once - my libido has not changed - I still crave sex but cannot climax. I am taking no prescription medication and the ONLY thing that s changed is having a Mirena IUD put in - is it possible this is preventing me from orgasming?? This is causing some major stress with my partner whom I used to orgasm with plenty and now cannot.
