Is Dilated Left Atrium With Tricuspid Valve With Moderate Regurgitation Concerning?

Echo report says my left atrium is mildly dilated and measures 4.1 cm and the tricuspid valve has mild to moderate regurgitation with estimate PA systolic pressure of 34mmHg. I am having a nuclear stress test this week. I just recently underwent 2 hip surgeries (total hip replacement 6 weeks ago) and was readmitted to the hospital after 3 weeks with extreme fatigue, weird palpatations and then this was discovered. Is this really something to be concerned about?? I am really hoping to go back to work next week and this has thrown a wrench in everything.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be valvular heat disease and this need to be taken seriously if you are going for some major surgery, although surgeon takes extra care in such cases and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
