Is Discomfort In Heart Region Normal During Water Fast?
Hi, I m into day 7 on a water fast, and was beginning to feel a little discomfort in my heart area. I was wondering if I should attribute this to the repair that s hopefully being done there, is it maybe just pain in that general area, or something else?

its not normal to have chest pain during water fast.
it will be advisable to get an ecg done if u experience chest pain and grt an advice from physician regarding ecg.
