Is Dizzines,headaches,back Pain With Sore Nipples Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Always had irregular periods then it was regular after sometime due to taking the pill. Stopped the pill last year feb. Then my period would vome when it wants. Normally a few days late. My last period was november 30th i finished. Had SI the 20th dec. Then got light bleeding the 22 to the 25th. My period was early and thats never the case. Had sme dizzy spells, headaches, i dont normally get. Bloated, felt pregnant. Then it all stop after i took 3 hpt.the last being a week after my missed period which should be aroundbthe 18th. All sptoms disapeared. Have a feelung i might be preg or scaredvthats juat what i really want. Lower back pain comes and go and i never had this b4 even with my periods. My nipple are realky sore now. And they never are. They also more out, and daker. Pls help

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the period of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion.
As all three of your urine pregnancy tests gave negative result, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
To confirm, better to go for ultrasound.
Ultrasound helps in ruling out the possibility of pregnancy and also in detecting the cause for irregular menstrual cycles.
If your doctor suggest go for thyroid profile and prolactin levels estimation.
By considering all these reports, one conclusion can be drawn regarding the cause of your problem and management can be planned accordingly.
