Is Dizziness A Common Side Effect Of T.Prednisolone (50 Mg)?

Hi, I am taking T.Prednisolone (50 mg), as my platelet count became very low. I am under the treatment of a hematologist. I would like to know that if the above steroid very strong, and getting a feeling of dizziness is a very common side effect while taking the tablet ?
