hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

A thorough neuromuscular assessment is advised.

As mentioned in your history about dizziness, fatigue, coughing soreness etc. I wish to help you further. Since you are having abnormal pathology the spine the symptoms will be something else like pain, numbness, tingling etc. These all are symptomatic due to the bulging discs, wedging, crushes fractures and osteopenia.

As it may be psychological stress after listening to the 15mm something in the spinal cord. As you might have got more worried and the symptoms of soreness in coughing, dizziness, fatigue etc has arrived. You need to stay calm initially as anything wrong which is there can either be medically treated or surgically removed and now neuro surgery are advanced and highly successful. So you should stop bothering much about the 15mm stuff in the spinal cord. As neuro will take a deep understanding about the same and give you the best outcome score.

I had my personal experience with such thing with my patient, and we were able to figure out later, there was nothing serious but a psychological symptoms the patient was arising. I will recommend to perform some meditation and breathing exercises. With the guidance of your neuro, you will be better soon. Also, you can discuss your worries with a psychiatrist as you are more worried whats wrong with me? and sometimes psychiatry medication works.

Also, for your bulging discs, wedging, crushed fractures you can perform some simple exercises to maintain the muscle property, as when nothing is done, body feels fatigue and tired.

Everything will be fine, just dont worry too much.
