Is Dizziness On Moving The Head One Of The Symptoms Of Uncompensated Labyrinthitis?

I have had uncompensated labyrinthitis for around 2 years and i am steadily improving. I have been revising none stop for the last week and seem to have develloped a different type of dizziness. I sat up quickly yesterday and went really dizzy for a few seconds and now i keep getting the same symptom when i move my head in certain ways. I need help quick as i have an exam on Thursday and this is causing a lot of unnecessary stress.
