Is Drinking Alcohol Safe While On Antibiotics?
Hi, i had a fever, vomit, diarrhyia last thursday, i took an injection and antibiotic and now i feel so much better no fever and my stomach is fine, i did the typhoid test then my doc told me that i have a typhoid as per the test result! But am feeling very good so he asked to continue the antubiotic till next week n rest.my question is can i have a drink or 2 while am taking the antibiotic or not.thanx

hi..some antibiotics side effects worsen by alcohol.
you have not mention name of antibiotic so difficult to say..
but in my advise better to stop alcohol while on antibiotic.
