Is Drinking And Smoking Advisable While Suffering From Heart Disease?

Is it OK for my husband to continue smoking and drinking while taking 1000 MG of Ranexa. He can no longer have surgical interventions. He now has 3 blockages that s being treated with Ranexa, Plavix, Coreg, and about 8 other meds. Has had triple bypass, heart valve replacement and 5 Stent on several ocassions. He seems to think it s OK to still drink and smoke as long as it s not heavy.
