Is Dryness Of Eyes Common After Undergoing Lasik Surgery?

I have had lasik surgery but lately notice a slight decrease in my vision. Also my right eye tends to be more dry which I use eye drops for they dry eye sypmtoms. my opatmologist suggested a tear duct surgery. My question is would redoing my lasik to get the 20/20 again and would that cause a more of drier eye symptom. also I have floaters in my eyes.
