Is Dynamization A Cure For Nonunion Of Femur Bone?

Dynamization is a cure of nonunion of femur bone or not?



I am 28 yrs old male. I had a road accident 7 months back & i fractured my femur. After undergone a surgery there is still nonunion of new bone. My doctor has told me that i will have to go through with bone grafting for healing the bone, then i consulted with three other doctors and they all had different opinions. One advised me for dynamization and remove one nail from lower side, 2nd doctor advised me for dynamization but he said they will have to remove both nails of lower side and third doctor advised me for bone grafting, plating and dynamization.

I am completely confused and depressed now, i don't know who is correct and who is incorrect.

I need some experts advise asap and pls suggest me some good doctors in delhi area.
