Is Dystonia, Related With Erratic Tremors?

Hi I have recently been diagnosed with spasmodic torticollis, after years of experiencing tremors and high anxiety. I then became socially phobic and it has been a battle for about 10 years. I am now training to be a counsellor and have had my first botox injections at only half the usual dose to start with. I dont have twisting of the neck but erratic tremors which are worse when I am around people. I have had a lot of thoracic back pain for some years and I know my posture isn't great. Is it normal to have this back pain with dystonia? Also I have been reading up about Vitamin B possibly improving symptoms. Is this true?
