Is Early C-section Possible With High SGPT And SGOT Levels During Pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks pregnant. My SGOT (44.9), SGPT (71.1) & Alkaline Phospharase (135.6) have come high, the S Bilirubin (0.2, direct & indirect both 0.1) was normal. My doc had suggested these tests since I had some small red spots & itching problem (not severe). My C-sec is planned for 38th week of pregnancy i.e. aprrox 25 days from now, are there chances of my doc suggesting an early C-sec due to the increased SGOT, SGPT levels. The baby s weight as per the sonography is 2 kgs only. Age: 35 years Height: 5.2 Weight: 65.3 kg
