Is Eating Walnut Safe When Tested Positive For Nut Allergy?
I HAVE A WALNUT ALLERGIES SINCE I WAS 11 YRS OLD . I AM NOW 54, MY ALLERGIEST DR. TOOK A BLOOD TEST TO MAKE SURE I WAS STILL ALGERIC TO WALNUTS . THE TEST CAME UP POSITIVE. THEN SHE ASK ME IF I WANTED TO DO THEIR WALNUT CHALLANGE IN THEIR OFFICE. WHEN YOU BRING YOUR WALNUTS IN EAT A HALF WALNUT EVERY 15 MINUTES THEY COME AND CHECK YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT NEED THE EPIC PEN IF YOU EAT SO MANY NUTS AT TWO HRS. THEN SHE THINKS YOUR NOT ALLERGIC AND THE BLLOD TEST WAS WRONG. DO YOU THINK THIS WOULD BE A SAFE TEST TOO DO.
