Hi, I have gone through your question. Ecosprin is safe to take in any trimester of pregnancy, but it has to be stopped at 34 weeks. It is usually given to pregnant patients with chronic hypertension, autoimmune diseases or in patients with decreased blood flow to uterus (abnormal uterine artery doppler) in ultrasound, as ecosprin increases the blood supply to the uterus and the fetus.
There is no role of ecosprin in threatened miscarriage. I would suggest you to consult with your doctor the reason for putting you on ecosprin.
Hope you found this answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
