Is Ejaculation Without Erection Normal?

hello doctor i am 30 year old unmarried man. During my school and college days when i became nervous or tense like during exam time or delivering a public speech on stage, my penis ejaculated immediately without any erection. sometimes when i saw sexually explicit videos, including gay sex videos, also my penis ejaculated automatically without any erection. At times i felt some pain in my testicles during that immediate ejaculation without erection. I was worried then and did not consult any sexologist as i thought my problem would disappear with times. Now i dont have that problem anymore even when i become nervous or tense, but sometimes when i see sexually explicit videos my penis ejaculates immediately without erection. Sometimes at night my penis ejaculates without any erection while i am asleep. I think this happens because i had ignored the treatment of my problem during my school days. Doctor will this affect my marriage life as i am planning to get married? is ejaculation without erection normal?

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Penis has a lot of glandular structures which keep secreting fluids like semen. Many times when you are sexually aroused, these glands start secreting fluid and they mimic ejaculation. You need to understand that these secretions are not ejaculation. Ejaculation is mostly accompanied with a pleasure (orgasm) where as these secretions are not associated with pleasure. On the other hand even if you are ejaculating without erection it doesnt suggest that you will not have an erection while having sex. You can try doing masturbation and you will most probably notice normal erection before ejaculation. However even at the time of masturbation if you are not able to achieve erection then the matter needs to be investigated and for that I request you to see a sexologist/psychiatrist who can physically examine you ones.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
