Is Electrical Jolts In Hand Sign Of CTS?

Hi. I want to get information on the reason or cause of electrical jolts in one's hand. I experience this randomly, but frequently. I may be reaching for a door handle, or putting a skillet on the stove, etc. Suddenly I experience a shock that is a little more than mild. Would this be related to CTS?
