Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The heart rate is definitely increased, however the blood pressure is absolutely normal.
Increased heart rate can be due to low haemoglobin levels, increased thyroid hormone levels, or any heart disease.
I will suggest her to consult a physician for proper examination, investigations like haemoglobin levels, thyroid hormone levels and ECG to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
