Is Elina And Decdan Safe To Take Daily For Urticaria?

Dr.,For the last 6 months iam suffering from chronic urticaria & I am on a tablet called Elina.The condition starts around evening & subsides when I take the tablet.I have been taking this tablet for the last six months.Will there be any side effects because of this? I get complete relief when I take Decdan which is a steroid.Can I take them now and then?
