Is Endometrial Thickness Of 27mm A Symptom Of Last Stage Uterine Cancer?

Doctor,my mom is 75years old,had spotting last year, then it stopped completely, now last month again she had spotting.So went for a check up then she was told to do Pap smear,culture test,and ultrasound abdomen,during which it was diagnosed that her endometrium is of 27mm,is it last stage of endometrial (uterus cancer).Today she has been called for endometrium biopsy.please let me know is it so critical.She had never pain in uterus or painful urination,please help me doctor.

We must be sure that this endometrial thickens its not related with cancer. For this reason its better for your mom to have the biopsy to be sure for the diagnosis first and than for further treatment.
