Is Endometrium Thickness Of 4.3 Mm Fatal?

Hey I m 21 in age I did a ultrasound two weeks. It said the endometrium measures 16mm thickness and there is a small anechoic image measuring 4.3m seen in the endometrial cavity possibly early gestation..I took a few test and its negative.... What to do

This is surely a point of concern. Suggest repeat USG for endometrial thickness / rule out pregnancy again / if not pregnant endometrial biopsy / Hysteroscopy would be considered.
