Is Enlarged Third Atrium, Blocked Upper Artery In Right Leg Concerning?

I do not want to pay and get an answer. Please tell me if I need to pay and tell me you will not answer my question for not wanting to pay. Thank you. Hi After thinking my meds were causing me to have heart palpatations, as well as pain in my lower abdomen I went to my doctor. My doctor did an EKG and found that my third atrium on the left side is enlarged as well as listening to my blood flow in my lower abdomen due to some severe and not so sever pain that revealed that my upper artery in my right leg is blocked. Do I need to be concerned about these matters? He is sending me to a cardiologist. Do you know what he will recommend for my heart?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Look the given history is inadequate, you must be wrongly understood, still I would advise you to follow the advise given by him, you have to see the cardiologist, and he will ask for ECHO which is necessary here, without this the picture will not clear, but I think it may not be anything serious, take care and have nice day.
