Is Erectile Dysfunction Related To Acute Renal Failure?

Hello I am 24 years old and about two months ago I had acute renal failure I am not sure if this is related but a few days ago I cannot get an erection even though i really want to have sex, and afterwards my balls feel kind of sore and i feel small pains.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Acute renal failure does not lead to erectile dysfunction.
However, during the phase of recovery from any acute illness, performing sexual activity might not be optimum. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the body to recover completely and be back to normal.
Hence, kindly wait for sometime till the complete recovery occurs. Follow the advise as has been given for your illness.
