Hi,

Antitubercular drugs cannot cause any side effects on erection or ejaculation or decreased libido.

In my opinion, your symptoms are due to stress and anxiety. To have TB itself cause a lot of mental stress and this can ultimately lead to sexual problems.

So better to avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. No need to worry about TB drugs as they are safe.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar,
