Is Essential Tremor Related With Uncontrollable Movements Of Head And Arms?

I have been having this uncontrollable head nodding for a while now and I'm not sure what to do. At first, it was uncontrollable hand and arm movements. I've had them for as long as I can remember and as soon one goes away, another arises in a different area. I'm not sure what to do. I've googled my problem and have come up with an Essential Tremor?
