Your girlfriend symptoms may be due to the emergency pill she has taken. Side effects of the pill includes Spotting or heavy blood flow, abdominal cramps, Breast swelling or tenderness, weight gain, Stomach upset, Nausea, Mood changes, headaches etc. I advise you to take: - Analgesics like ibuprofen - Cap. Meftal spas and tab. Tranexa (to decrease the blood loss) - To do USG pelvis to locate any underlying pathology - Take nutritious diet and iron supplements If still persists, consult your near by gynecologist for help.
