Is Excessive Bleeding After Abortion Normal?

I got abortion 2 months back and now problem with excessive bleeding continuously. After scanning they confirmed that still there 14 mm thickness. Doctor has given Zitotec 200 MG, Siffy 200M and Xymoheal tablets. Can you please advise whether I can proceed with this medication?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it appears that there is some degree of endometrial hyperplasia, and this could be the cause for excessive bleeding.
Kindly take the medications as prescribed and do the necessary follow-up.
In case the response is not good with medications, you may have to undergo the procedure of dilatation and curettage (D & C).
