Is Excessive Yellowish Or Bloody Saliva After A Medical Abortion Normal?

Hi, I ve recently had a medical procedure done (abortion by pill) since then i have had excessive saliva and has yellowish saliva and sometimes is bloody. I also have to keep like a hand towel in my mouth all day to soak up the saliva and it is very uncomfortable. Can you please advice on what best to do?
