Is Exhaustion Normal After Surgery For Foot?

I am a 37 y.o. female. I am 5'8", 195 lbs. I fell on 1.6.10 and injured my R foot quite badly. I had my R hindfoot reconstructed 8.25.10 which included (2) 3" screws. My employer was very impatient with the amount of time I was out of work (i am a teacher) and bothered me non-stop. On 12.29.10 I had the screws removed and a piece of the cadaver bone graft that cracked off in my foot. Things still weren't right so on 5.2.11 I had a steel plate put in my foot along with a bone graft from my hip and a tendon repaired. Additionally, I was deficient on Vit. D (17 out of 30). My D is now better. It has been 3.5 weeks since my last third surgery and I am TOTALLY exhausted still. Is this normal? Thank you!
