Is Exterior House Paint Harmful For The Skin ?

Okay me and my friends are supposed to paint our bodies for the game tonight. But they are using Exterior house paint. Is that bad and what could happen from use?/

Thanks for query,
Do not go for body paint as these colors are of exterior paint.
It gives allergic reactions like dermatitis,irritation to skin,chemical burn.
Even if absorbed in the body some times metal poisoning.
