Is Extra Flap On Vaginal Lips Normal?

Okey so i have this sort of extra flap on the lips of my vagina, it is like the size of a bean, its also kind of yellow but just a tiny bit only. Ive had that there as far as i can remember, I m also a virgin so i am sure that it is not an std or anything. I just want to know if its something normal or to worry about. I doesn t hurt or anything like that, its just that it makes me feel insecure about my body because you can see it even without separating the lips. I just wanna know if its normal or someone to see the doctors about. Thanks
