Is Extreme Swelling And Redness In The Hand From Sleeping With A Hair Tie Around The Wrist A Serious Concern?

Hello, I accidentally slept with a tight hair tie on my wrist, and now my hand is completely swollen and my wrist is really red and it hurts a lot, is this normal and is there anything I’m supposed to do with this? I’ve slept with a hair tie from before but it was never this extreme.
