Is Eye Drop Acupat Considered A Good Remedy To Treat Redness And Layer Formation Around Cornea?

Hi my son 10yrs old has grey layer formation around the cornea also redness in the eye most often we have visited eye surgeon too he prescribed eye drops Acupat and C-Nac but condition recurs after few days even though v had used prescribed drops for said period.kindly suggest the remedy.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are getting treatment in the form of acupat eye drops and C- nac eye drops for redness of eyes.
Acupat is antiallergic eye drops and used in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. C-nac is mucolytic eye drops and used in treatment of dry and itchy eyes.
As the allergic diseases tend to run a long course you need to continue the eye drops for atleast 3-4 months. Along with this need to avoid the allergen.
If there is no symptomatic improvement inspite of using these eye drops you need to get reevaluation by a eye doctor for alternative diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
