Is Eye Flash Followed By Severe Headaches Symptoms Of Migraine?

Hello :), im 17 years old and i have this desease for 3 years. First i thought i had problems with my eyes, but before 5 months i read about MIGRAINE and it was mostly like my deasese. I have eye-flash first and then i can not see very well, after one hour i have a big headache and it lasts from 2 to 3 hours but the last time it lasted 4 hours, and later i feel like my lips are stuck and my arms also, but i dont vomit. I just wanted to know if my desease is Migraine or another desease. Thank you very much for your answer :)
