Is Fasting Glucose Level Of 104 Post High Calorie Food Intake A Cause For Concern?

I was recently on a 5 day trip to the boundary waters and ate processed, high calorie foods and drank mostly sugar drinks because of filtering the water. Two days after returning I had a fasting glucose of 104. What can I do to reduce this? Could it be related to the unusual diet the previous week?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate appreciate your concern, if diabetes is the main concern then it need some other test and just because of single test it can not be siad to diabetes, but of course it need to be ruled out and for that you need to get done the RBS and PPBS too, hope this inforamtion helps, take care and have a nice day.
