Is Fasting Sugar Level Of 110-120 A Cause For Concern?

I'm 6' 290lbs Native American, my sugar fasting is between 110-120 my doctor said this is fine, but if I drink a soda or have ice cream, I cold sweat, become tierd, headach and feel sick this passes in about 1-2 hours, should I seek a second opinion about my sugar levels?

See fasting sugar level more than 125 is considered as frank diabetes,
Yours is borderline,I think you should take a glucose tolerance test and check (hba1c)glycosalated HB,if your hba1c level is more than 6.5 then you should take an second opinion from the diabetologist,
And start modifying your lifestyle get into regular exercises, don't eat junk food, avoid cold drinks,
Live a healthy life.
