Is Fatherhood Advisable For A Person With High Cholesterol And Diabetes?
I am 32 years old. My Husband is 34 years old. We have 2 years old boy. My Husband has taken blood test before one week. He has been told that he has diabetes, cholesterol. For past three months, he is having tablets for bp. Can we try for second baby. Need your suggestion.
Hello I appreciate your concern You can plan for baby but i would advise you for spacing between your second baby at least for 3 years You need not to worry high cholesterol and diabetes both are life style disease and it's progression can be halt with certain life style modifications and individual can lead a productive and healthy life with medicines and these modifications
Ask him to avoid smoking and alcohol which adversely affect the semen quality and sperm count Exercise regularly Avoidance of fatty fried and spicy junk food
